Partners

All 22 Local Authorities in Wales are working together on the Landlord Accreditation Wales scheme, and all are equal partners in its success. By working in partnership, the aim is to help to improve the standard of privately rented accommodation in Wales, by working with landlords to improve their management skills and their understanding of legislation and the requirements of local authorities.
