The next meeting of the Private Sector Housing Landlords’ Forum will be held at the YMCA, known as the Hub, in Court Road, Barry on Wednesday the 8th of September 2010 from 2.30pm to 5.00 pm.

A provisional programme for discussion includes the following:

• Credit Union direct payment scheme for Housing Benefits (speakers Ian Jones, Homelessness Prevention Officer and Karen Stephens, Vale Credit Union)
• Supporting People ( Jenny Prince, Housing Strategy officer)
• Consultation on the Castleland Renewal Area Programme

The programme will, as usual, be flexible to allow time for discussion and the exchange of information.
