There are additional terms and conditions which you will need to sign up to in order for the scheme to process your information in accordance with data protection legislation.
By confirming you agree to have certain information available to the public and partner Local Authorities, you will be able to fully benefit from all services that the scheme has to offer.
The names of accredited landlords, sufficient only for publicity and promotional purposes are a matter of public record and are available on request from the scheme operator.
The regional scheme operator will provide landlord details to participating local authorities for the purposes of checking the accuracy of any information given in the application, and to confirm the compliance of the landlord against the fit and proper criteria as far as is practicable.
