Energy Saving Trust - offering advice for landlords in Wales - 04/06/2009

The Energy Saving Trust advice centre has been working with the National Landlord Association to launch a pilot service for private landlords consisting of telephone and face-to-face advice supported by a tailored information pack.

On contacting the Energy Saving Trust, landlords are directed to the Landlord specialist within the advisor team, who can provide energy efficiency advice and information on the grants and schemes available, including the Landlords Energy Saving Allowance.  Information is also available on how to improve energy efficiency when refurbishing homes from Technical Guides. The Landlord specialist will be the key contact for Landlords, supporting them to continue with improvements.

The Landlord Advice pack is now available in hard copy or via email from the Energy Saving Trust advice centre Wales and can be tailored to the needs of a Landlords’ specific property portfolio.
