Additional Licensing Consultation in Cardiff - 14/10/2009

Cardiff Council is proposing to introduce an Additional Licensing Scheme in the Cathays Ward in Cardiff. The aim of the scheme will be to ensure Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO's) within the private rented sector meet all legal standards and are properly managed. The consultation process will run from 15th October – 15th December 2009 and any comments made will be fed into the scheme where appropriate.
