There is a wide range of information out there for landlords and agents who are involved with the rental market. However, as Local Authorities are the enforcing authority in relation to many standards of management and conditions within rented property, we wish to provide landlords with information direct, from a Welsh perspective.

Sometimes landlords and Local Authority’s paths cross when standards slip in accommodation or levels of management. We hope by providing information readily to landlords, professional proactive landlords will implement what they know, and continue to run the private rented housing stock in an effective way. Moreover Local Authorities will only have to deal with the small selection of landlords who won’t improve standards, even when they should/do know better.
