The Landlord Accreditation Wales scheme and website has been set up in partnership with the 22 Councils in Wales, as a way to promote good management practices and levels of awareness in the private rented sector. The scheme is administered on behalf of the partnership by Cardiff Council's Private Sector Housing Section.
