Introduction from the Forum Chair, Lee Nicholls

I have been a professional landlord for approximately 20 years and have developed a significant portfolio of both Residential and Commercial properties. Over the last 10 years, I have helped landlords to build multi million pound portfolios through my property management company and over the last 2 years Property Plus Wales Estate Agent and Property Management Agency has been established and has grown to 5 offices throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff, in what has been one of the toughest times the property market has experienced.
